Epic Bliss Balls

Guess what!? My amazing Dad gave me this recipe and made a HUGE batch of these bliss balls for me to try. Nothing on earth makes me feel more amazing than people I love getting excited about real food. Try them out and let me know what you think so I can report back to him – he’ll be stoked!

Ingredients:

2 cups LSA

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup diced dates

1 cup diced cranberries

1 cup diced sultanas

1 cups sunflower seeds (processed until fine)

1 cup pumpkin seeds (processed until fine)

1/2 cup chia seeds

3 tablespoons cacao

3 tablespoons honey

1 cup coconut oil

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Makes 50 bliss balls.

    1. Hey Linda, LSA is a mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. I buy it from the supermarket or health food shop. You can also make your own :)
