Tell us about your journey, what sparked your passion for the health and wellness industry?

When I was younger I was a little chubby and at about 15 I decided to shape up and lost a few kilograms. Noticing the results on my body it got me motivated to try new things – from lifting weights to yoga to core workouts. I noticed my body changing and loved it. Then I thought if I could do it to myself I could help others, which is why I studied to be a personal trainer. I now run group sessions and one on one sessions I also write programs for people who need guidance. It gives me a total buzz when I see clients reaching their goals makes me love what I do even more!
